Completed Pilot Program 

Below is the results from a 51 year old male who tracked his progress using our designed program. The workouts were completed at a local commercial fitness gym. He utilized existing equipment so no special equipment was needed to perform the exercises. He did not have a personal trainer to complete the workout sessions. The participant stayed moderately active prior to the start of the pilot. He has had past sports related surgeries and at the time of the pilot had a bulging disc in his neck. He does not take any medication or supplements. 

*During this training pilot we included time restrictive eating. The participant consistently avoided eating for roughly sixteen hours straight. Typically those hours were from 8PM until Noon the following day. The participant did not follow any diet or restrict portions during the non-restrictive eating hours. This is not part or required with our program.

Tanita software was used to measure the participant prior to the start of the pilot and at the end of each month of training.
